This training is designed for both field and box lacrosse players.

Open to all boys and girls - 7-15 years old.

Due to the nature of the training, the group will be capped.

Each player must bring their own full equipment.  Rib pads and bicep pads are highly recommended.

 

Mouthguards are a must.

 

Bring a filled water bottle.  It gets hot.  ​​
